    Booking questions

What happens after I tap Book?

The doctor's NowServing booking page opens. Choose online or in person, pick a date, write the reason for your visit, and enter your details. Some doctors ask you to pay when you book. Otherwise, your request waits for the doctor to accept it.

How do I know my booking is confirmed?

Your request stays pending until the doctor accepts it. Most doctors accept within 24 hours. Once they do, you get an SMS with your consultation time, plus an email if you gave one.

How much does a consultation cost?

Fees vary by doctor. Some doctors show their fee when you book; others set it after reading your reason for the visit.

How do I pay? Can I use my HMO?

Online payments go through GCash, Maya, or a Visa or Mastercard card. Some doctors accept HMO cards; the booking page shows which ones.

How does an online consult work?

On the day, open the NowServing app and tap Enter Waiting Room. The doctor calls you there. You can send photos or files to the doctor during the call. The doctor may ask you to visit the clinic for an exam.

What if the doctor doesn't accept, or I need to cancel?

You can cancel a request any time before the doctor accepts it. If you already paid and the doctor doesn't accept within their response time, the request is canceled and your payment goes back to your NowServing wallet.

    Can I reschedule?

Once your booking is accepted, message the doctor in the NowServing app to ask for a new time, ideally 1 to 2 days before.

    What should I prepare?

Write down what you've noticed, when it started, and any medicines you take. If you're using an HMO, choose it when you book and have your card ready.
