How do I do an online consultation?
Once you have a schedule, your doctor will call you on the provided schedule via the NowServing app. You can accept the call via the mobile app or via the computer by logging on to NowServing.ph in your browser.
Does my location matter?

Will I get a prescription?
Like other medical documents, your doctor will issue an e-prescription containing the treatment medications needed to manage your chronic illness. You can present this prescription when buying your medications or refer to them when visiting NowServing Pharmacy.
How long do I need to wait to get a response to my booking request?
Doctors are busy and move around seeing patients/ do their rounds in hospitals. Please allow doctors 24 hours to be able to respond to your booking request. However, there are certain doctors who can assist you right away. Refer to the homepage of the NowServing app to select the Consult Now button.
What if I don’t respond within my guaranteed time?
The system will automatically cancel your appointment request and if you made payment, it will automatically be refunded to your payment channel.
Do you accept face to face consultations?
Yes, NowServing was built to handle bookings for both face to face and online consultations. If your doctor enabled face to face bookings, it will show up on their profile and booking page.
I'm currently overseas, do you accept international patients?
Doctors will most likely accept your bookings. It's ultimately up to the doctor to accept your booking if you are currently outside the country.
How to use an online consultation service using the NowServing app?
First, you need to download the app on your device. Once downloaded, you must sign in by providing your mobile number. This allows you to get the OTP to complete the registration process.
