Kung kaya&#8217;t dapat magkaroon ng kaalaman ang mga tao tungkol sa epektibong tool na ito. Napakahalagang malaman ang accuracy rate ng mga HIV test upang hikayatin ang mga tao na gumamit nito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kung ikaw ay naghahanap ng sagot kung tunay bang maaasahan ang HIV test kits, narito ang lahat ng dapat mong malaman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ano ang Iba\u2019t Ibang Uri ng HIV Test?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>May iba&#8217;t ibang klase ng HIV testing tool sa Pilipinas. Upang madaling malaman ang mga ito ay ating hatiin sa 2 kategorya na home test at laboratory test.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a href=\"https:\/\/nowserving.ph\/blog\/tl\/home-test-para-sa-hiv\/\">Home Test Para sa HIV<\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Antibody Test<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Ang una sa mga home test kit para sa HIV ay ang antibody test. Ito ay pangunahing test dahil pangkaraniwan itong pinipili para sa pagsusuri ng HIV status ng tao. Sinusuri nito kung may antibodies na nilikha ng katawan laban sa HIV virus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Gaano Ka Accurate?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Karaniwan itong may accuracy rate na higit sa 99%, ngunit dapat itong isagawa sa tamang oras\u2014karaniwang 3-12 linggo matapos ma-expose sa virus, dahil dito lamang lumalabas ang HIV antibodies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Antigen\/Antibody Test<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Bukod sa antibody test, maaari rin gamitin ang combination test o ang fourth-generation HIV test. Ito ay mas nakapagbibigay ng tumpak o accurate na resulta dahil pareho na antibodies at antigen (p24) ang posibleng madetect. Kung kaya&#8217;t malalaman agad ng mga tao kung sila ay positibo o negatibo sa HIV.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Gaano Ka Accurate?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maaari itong magbigay ng resulta mula 2-6 na linggo pagkatapos ng exposure. Ang accuracy rate nito ay mataas\u2014madalas umaabot sa 99.9%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Laboratory HIV Test<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Nucleic Acid Test (NAT)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Isa pa sa mga test na ginagamit para sa HIV screening ay ang NAT o Nucleic Acid Test. Ito ay isang laboratory test na gumagamit ng dugo o blood sample sa ugat upang makita ang HIV infection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Gaano Ka Accurate?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Napaka-accurate nito (mahigit 99.9%) at maaaring makapagsuri kahit ilang araw lamang pagkatapos ng exposure. Subalit, ito ay mas mahal at hindi karaniwang inirerekomenda para sa routine testing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mga Salik na Nakakaapekto sa Accuracy ng HIV Test<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Window Period<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sa paggamit ng HIV test ay dapat isaalang-alang ang window period upang hindi maapektuhan ang resulta ng HIV test. Ang pagkakaroon ng ibang infection ay maaaring makapag produce ng antibodies sa katawan, ngunit hindi ito dahil sa HIV.
